Many Italian homemade beers are produced processing imported raw materials. A farm beer though has a deep link with the place where it is born.

We joined the Italian Consortium of Barley and Beer Producers “Consorzio Italiano Produttori di Orzo e Birra” in order to make sure that the malt we use is indeed the one processed from our barley. The small CO.BI malt house allows the minor and stubborn barley farmers like us to produce beer in a farming system.

Moreover, our beer owing to a second fermentation in bottle, typical of champagne, reaches a natural carbonating.

Our challenge is to brew an English style Ale with local ingredients. The trademark Italian farm-beer is the distinctive feature of our efforts.
